Installing Look & Play on the Oculus GO

In this article we’ll cover how to install Look & Play on the Oculus GO.

To install Look & Play on the Oculus GO download the following archive: Look & Play v4.3.1 Oculus Go.zip.

Windows 

  1. Extract the archive to your computer.
  2. Connect the Oculus Go with an USB cable to your computer and accept the connection in the headset
  3. Double click the installation file and wait for the screen to show “succeeded”
  4. Look & Play is now installed

Mac OS

  1. Extract the archive to your computer
  2. Open the folder “dont touch” and take out the Lookandplay.apk file
  3. Install the SideQuest app for Mac
  4. Connect the Oculus Go with your computer and accept the connection in the headset
  5. Once installed, look for the install APK to device option and select the APK file to install it to the headset
  6. Look & Play is now installed

Troubleshooting

If a version of Look & Play was already installed, remove that first before installing this version.
